Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to We Are Sunshine Ltd, and “you” refers to the customer using this website or placing an order.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the most current version will always be available on our website.

We design and sell children’s clothing, prints and feel-good pieces created to celebrate confidence, kindness and creativity. We take care to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, and measurements are approximate. Some items are produced in small batches, and minor variations are part of their character.

When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A legally binding contract between us is formed only when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, for example in the case of pricing errors, stock availability issues or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change from time to time, but this will not affect orders already placed. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods or due to postal delays beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply for redelivery.

If you are purchasing as a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@wearesunshine.co.uk. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that personalised or custom-made items, gift cards and items not returned in their original condition are non-returnable unless faulty. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. We want every order to feel special when it lands on your doorstep.

All content on this website, including but not limited to our designs, artwork, logos, branding, photography and written content, is the intellectual property of We Are Sunshine Ltd. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission. Our designs are created with care and intention, and we kindly ask that this is respected.

Our products are designed for children and families to enjoy, but should always be used appropriately and under suitable adult supervision. We cannot accept liability for misuse of our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or delays outside of our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
