At We Are Sunshine, every order is packed with care and a whole lot of heart.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
This gives us time to carefully prepare, check and package your items properly. During busy periods, new launches or school holidays, processing may take the full 5 working days.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will always let you know.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
UK Delivery
We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Delivery aim: 2 working days after dispatch
• Fully tracked service
• You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
International Delivery
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination and can take between 5 to 14 working days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within:
• 5 working days of dispatch for UK orders
• 20 working days of dispatch for international orders
Please get in touch and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
We cannot class an item as lost until Royal Mail’s official timeframes have passed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
